Mandi was a beautiful Sheltie and our special little girl. Mandi didn't start out life in a great way. She had a breathing problem, but when we went to look at here at 5 weeks of age, she melted out heart and we had to have her. Our breeder gave her to us because she knew what a loving home this special little girl would go to.
She was shy in the first few weeks, but our other dog "Sammi" brought out the best in "Mandi". Mandi barked at the leaves blowing, the microwave or oven beeping. The thunder and lightning was terrifying to her, but she would bark to chase them away from us. Mandi had some much love to give, anyone could have picked her up and walked away, she loved live and everything in it. We received from Mandi endless, loving kisses, all day long if we let her. God, how I miss those kisses today. If she has taught us anything, is to live life to the fullest, each and every day.
Mandi was taken from us at only 5 years old, way to young for your mommy and daddy to fully express our love. We both know that you are no longer suffering, and that is helping to deal with our pain. We will see you on the other side and wait for those endless kisses to come.
